If you are not happy with one of our tape products, we will be happy to to replace the product or issue a refund for the purchase price.  All we ask is that you share your concerns with us so that we can learn from the problem to improve the product.  We may require the return of unused product for quality control and evaluation.  We will generally cover return shipping fees if we require a product return.  Your satisfaction is very important to us.
