Sprinkler Pipe tape
This tape will permanently label sprinkler pipe with critical information. The tape is 3" wide allowing for 2" high main text (UFC criteria). It can be used with any number of 3” portable tape dispensers. This one roll of tape can provide around 140 separate labels/segments vs buying and identifying all the specific individual labels you would need. It allows for easy identification of piping for many functions. It can be marked with Pigment Based permanent markers. Regular permanent markers without "pigment" will fade from florescent lights and UV. If this tape goes to production, we anticipate including a pigment-based marker with each roll. See the Datasheet for specific information on current concept. The tape can be cut with a 3" tape dispenser making it easy to cut and apply in the field. Pigment based markers must be used to avoid fading which is a common problem on hydraulic placards. Typical permanent dye-based markers will not resist fading from florescent lighting and UV exposure.
